The OCIW HELPDESK website is a technology resource for Oil City Iron Works employees. This resource has many parts, but the primary focus is as a Knowledge Base (KB) and a Technical Support System. The Knowledge Base is a self-help area, where a person can search for and read about the various technologies, used here at Oil City Iron Works. The Technical Support System allows a person to request help with a particular technology.
